USER CODE OF ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT
(Solveet Platform)
By accessing or using the Solveet Platform,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this
User Code of Acceptable Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”).
General Obligations
You agree to:
a. Comply with all applicable laws and
regulations in your country of residence or operation, including, without
limitation, privacy and data protection laws, intellectual property laws,
anti-spam regulations, tax laws, and any applicable local, European Union, or
international legal requirements;
b. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date
information to Solveet, including identity verification, billing, and
tax-related information, as required under the Solveet Refund and Payment
Policy;
c. Use the Solveet Platform and Services in a
lawful, relevant, and appropriate manner, in accordance with these Terms and
applicable law;
d. Comply at all times with the standards of
conduct set forth herein. Any use of the Solveet Platform that Solveet, in its
sole discretion, deems inappropriate, abusive, or offensive may result in the
suspension or termination of your account, with or without prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, and will not
authorize, encourage, or facilitate any other person to:
- Provide or accept 1:1 live sessions outside the Solveet
Platform, including attempting to bypass the Platform;
- Receive payments directly from Users, or encourage or request
payments through any channels other than those made available through the
Solveet Platform, for the purpose of avoiding fees due to Solveet;
- Manipulate pricing, interfere with listings, or otherwise disrupt
the fair operation of the Services or other Users’ activities;
- Disrupt, interfere with, or impair another person’s use or
enjoyment of the Services;
- Upload, post, transmit, or share User-Generated Content that is
unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar,
offensive, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable, as
determined by Solveet;
- Evade, manipulate, or abuse the fee structure, billing process, or
payments due to Solveet or a Solver, including failing to pay for booked
services without valid justification;
- Fail to provide 1:1 live sessions that have been booked and
paid for, except where such failure is directly caused by the User or by
circumstances beyond reasonable control;
- Use names, usernames, profile images, or language that Solveet, in
its sole discretion, considers offensive, misleading, or inappropriate;
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous
information, including personal data;
- Post User-Generated Content that is hateful, discriminatory, or
otherwise objectionable from a racial, ethnic, national, religious,
gender, or similar perspective;
- Post User-Generated Content that infringes the copyright,
trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any
third party;
- Disclose any Confidential Information or personal data obtained
from another User or through use of the Solveet Platform without proper
authorization;
- Advertise, promote, or offer for sale any goods or services
through the Solveet Platform that are not relevant to the 1:1 live
sessions offered via the Platform;
- Take any action intended to manipulate, undermine, or distort the
feedback or rating systems of the Platform;
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, embarrass, or cause distress to
another User or to any other person or entity;
- Use another person’s personally identifiable information
(including name, email address, identification number, or payment
information) while impersonating that person;
- Promote, solicit, or participate in multi-level marketing schemes,
pyramid schemes, or similar fraudulent practices;
- Exploit or endanger children under the age of eighteen (18) in any
manner;
- Engage in disruptive behavior, including sending repeated or
excessive messages intended to monopolize attention or disrupt normal
Platform operations;
- Adapt, modify, license, sublicense, translate, reverse engineer,
or otherwise exploit the Services for personal or commercial purposes
without authorization;
- Introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious or
harmful code into the Solveet Platform;
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system,
account, or data through the Solveet Platform;
- Transfer, share, or assign your Solveet account, login
credentials, or associated feedback to any third party without Solveet’s
prior written consent;
- Collect, harvest, or otherwise gather information about other
Users, including email addresses or contact details, without their
explicit consent;
- Invade the privacy of any person, including by posting personally
identifiable or private information without consent (or parental consent,
where applicable);
- Request or solicit personal data from individuals under the age of
eighteen (18);
- Violate any applicable national, European Union, or international
law or regulation;
- Encourage, facilitate, or engage in conduct that would constitute
a criminal or civil offense;
- Engage in or promote illegal trafficking of persons, including
forced labor, exploitation, or illegal commercial sex work in connection
with 1:1 live sessions;
- Use the Services for the purpose of cheating or academic
dishonesty rather than facilitating legitimate learning;
- Request or offer to hire Solvers to complete assignments, write
papers, administer tests, or perform work on behalf of a User in violation
of academic or professional rules;
- Use the Services in any manner that violates the academic honesty
policies or codes of conduct of a school, university, academic
institution, or workplace;
- Sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent, or otherwise
provide access to the Services to any third party, unless expressly
authorized in writing by Solveet;
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result
in suspension or termination of your account, in accordance with the Solveet
Terms and Conditions and the Account Suspension & Termination Terms.
