SOLVEET ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
TERMS
These Account Suspension and Termination Terms
apply to all Users and Solvers of the Solveet Platform and form an integral
part of the Solveet Terms and Conditions.
1. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE ACCOUNT
Solveet reserves the right to temporarily
suspend, with or without prior notice, access to the Solveet Platform for any
User or Solver in any of the following situations (the list is non-exhaustive):
- violation of the Solveet Terms and Conditions, the User Code of
Conduct, or any other official Solveet policy;
- receipt of one or more legitimate complaints from other Users or
Solvers;
- abusive, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise
inappropriate behavior during 1:1 live sessions or interactions
conducted through the Platform;
- reasonable suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, false
statements, or the provision of misleading information;
- attempts to circumvent Solveet’s payment systems or commissions,
including encouraging communication or payments outside the Platform;
- violation of content rules, including the distribution of illegal,
obscene, or harmful materials.
During a temporary suspension, the affected
User or Solver will be unable to access their account, initiate or conduct 1:1
live sessions, or use the core functionalities of the Platform.
2. PERMANENT ACCOUNT TERMINATION
Solveet reserves the right to permanently
deactivate and close a User’s or Solver’s account in any of the following
situations:
- repeated misconduct or escalation of a violation that previously
resulted in a temporary suspension;
- clear evidence of illegal, fraudulent, or harmful behavior toward
other Users, Solvers, or the reputation of Solveet;
- refusal to cooperate with Solveet in an internal investigation
regarding a potential breach of the Terms and Conditions or related
policies;
- use of the Platform for purposes contrary to applicable law,
public order, or good morals;
- recording, sharing, or distributing 1:1 live sessions
without the explicit consent of the other participant(s);
- abuse of the review or rating system, including fake, defamatory,
manipulated, or traded reviews.
Account termination may be carried out without
prior notice where the seriousness of the circumstances so requires. Solveet is
not obligated to provide justification for its decision, but reserves the right
to retain relevant internal records for compliance and legal purposes.
3. CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION
Upon suspension or permanent termination of an
account:
- access to the account, session history, and associated data may be
restricted or permanently removed;
- any remaining Solv Coins at the time of termination shall be
permanently forfeited;
- any outstanding amounts may be withheld, blocked, refunded, or
otherwise handled in accordance with internal investigations, contractual
terms, and applicable law;
- the User or Solver shall not be permitted to create a new account
without Solveet’s prior written approval;
- all contractual relationships between Solveet and the affected
User or Solver shall terminate automatically, without any right to
compensation or reimbursement, except where mandatory law provides
otherwise.
4. VOLUNTARY TERMINATION BY THE USER
Any User or Solver may voluntarily request
closure of their account at any time by submitting a written request to the
Solveet support team.
Voluntary termination:
- does not cancel or waive any financial obligations already
incurred;
- does not exempt the User or Solver from payment deadlines or
commissions due to Solveet;
- may be revoked only with the express written consent of Solveet.
These Account Suspension and Termination Terms
are intended to ensure a safe, lawful, and professional environment on the
Solveet Platform and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Solveet Terms
and Conditions and applicable law.
