SOLVEET REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICY

This Refund and Payment Policy governs the purchase, payment, use, and refund of sessions on the Solveet Platform.
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT, as it defines your rights, obligations, restrictions, and exclusions related to payments and refunds.

This Policy applies to all services and functionalities available through the Solveet website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the “Solveet Platform”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Solveet Terms and Conditions.

1. SOLVER–USER TRANSACTIONS

Solveet provides a technology platform that facilitates contracts between Users and Solvers for the request, delivery, and payment of 1:1 live sessions.

Solveet acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreement between Users and Solvers. Solveet does not provide the sessions itself and is not responsible for any services, advice, or materials provided by Solvers.

All payments and financial transactions between Users and Solvers must be processed exclusively through the Solveet Platform using Solveet’s designated payment infrastructure.
Any attempt to request or make payments outside the Platform (circumvention) constitutes a serious violation of Solveet policies and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (including Stripe). Solveet does not monitor or intervene in individual transactions beyond providing the technical infrastructure.

2. BILLING CURRENCY AND CURRENCY RISK

All wallet top-ups and payment transactions on the Solveet Platform are processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices displayed on the Platform are denominated in Solv Coins.

If the currency associated with your payment method differs from USD, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges. The amount shown on your bank statement may therefore differ from the amount displayed on the Platform.

Solveet is not responsible for currency conversion rates, bank fees, or fluctuations and expressly disclaims any liability related thereto. Users are encouraged to contact their bank or card issuer for further details.

3. SERVICE FEES, TAXES, AND VAT

Solveet charges service fees for the use of the Solveet Platform and related services.

All applicable service fees and charges (if any) are disclosed to Users and Solvers prior to completing a transaction.

Service fees may be subject to applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar taxes, depending on the User’s or Solver’s jurisdiction. The calculation and applicability of such taxes depend on local laws.

Local regulations may require Solveet to collect and/or report tax information, or to withhold taxes from payments to Solvers. If a Solver fails to provide sufficient documentation required by law, Solveet may withhold payments up to the legally required amount until appropriate documentation is provided.

Solvers authorize Solveet to issue invoices or similar documentation for VAT or other applicable fees on their behalf where required for tax reporting purposes.

Solvers remain solely responsible for:

  1. determining the correct VAT or tax treatment of their 1:1 live sessions;

  2. complying with all tax obligations in their country, including registration, collection, remittance, and invoicing where required.

Solveet reserves the right to modify service fees, introduce promotional pricing, or adjust pricing structures at any time. Users will be informed of material changes prior to their application.

Except as expressly stated otherwise, service fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable.

4. SOLVEET COMMISSION AND PROCESSING FEES

4.1. Solveet Commission

Solveet currently charges 0.0% commission to Solvers on paid sessions carried out through the Platform.

4.2. Processing Fee

Solveet charges Users a Processing Fee for using the Platform. This fee applies to each purchase and is clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

During private or semi-private testing periods, Solveet may temporarily waive certain fees.

Solveet is not responsible for fees charged by banks or third-party payment processors and does not reimburse such fees in the event of refunds or withdrawals.

5. SESSION CONFIRMATION AND RETURN POLICY

Unconfirmed Sessions

  • A session must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking.

  • If the scheduled start time is less than 24 hours away, confirmation must occur no later than 1 hour before the session start time.

  • Sessions not confirmed within the applicable timeframe are automatically cancelled, and the corresponding amount is returned to the User’s account in accordance with Solveet policies.

6. REPORTING ISSUES

Any issues, disputes, or claims related to a session must be reported through the Solveet Platform within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

If no issue is reported within this period, the session is deemed successfully completed, and no refunds, credits, or adjustments will be granted.

Solveet reserves the right to review reported issues and take appropriate action in accordance with the Terms, Code of Conduct, and applicable policies.

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • User fails to attend the scheduled session (no-show);

  • User loses access due to forgotten credentials or account-related issues;

  • User experiences connectivity issues, device resets, or software updates.

7. REFUND PROCEDURE

To request a refund, Users must contact Solveet via support@solveet.com or use the reporting tools available on the Platform and provide the following information:

  • session date and time;

  • order number;

  • reason for the refund request;

  • session details;

  • User’s name on the Platform;

  • Solver’s name.

Refund decisions are made within 10 business days of receipt, based on applicable platform policies.

If a Solver does not attend a scheduled session, the User must enter the session and immediately report the absence using the reporting tools provided. Refunds in such cases are processed within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all refunds are granted at Solveet’s sole discretion.

Sessions scheduled to begin in less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Solvers may cancel sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows by Solvers may result in warnings, suspension, or account termination.

8. CHARGEBACKS

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by a User, bank, or payment processor, Solveet reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to all associated accounts.

All fees, penalties, or expenses arising from chargebacks or payment disputes are the responsibility of the User.

9. EXPIRED OR DELETED ACCOUNTS

If a User does not log into their account for more than 60 days, the account may be suspended and any remaining balance may expire.

If an account is deleted voluntarily or terminated for policy violations, any remaining balance or scheduled sessions are forfeited and non-refundable.

10. PAYMENT SERVICES

Payment processing is provided by third-party processors (including Stripe). Solveet does not collect, store, or process card or banking information.

Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment processor. Solveet is not liable for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party processors.

Solveet may change payment processors and require data transfers between compliant providers using secure encryption technologies.

11. PAYMENTS TO SOLVERS

Solvers receive payment for each confirmed session through the Platform. To withdraw funds, Solvers must:

  1. successfully complete identity verification;

  2. maintain an active Stripe account.

Transaction fees charged by payment processors apply and are deducted from payouts.

Solvers are responsible for providing accurate banking and tax information. Solveet is not liable for delays caused by incorrect data or external payment providers.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

Solveet is not a bank, financial institution, or provider of financial advice. Payments made through the Platform are strictly for facilitating 1:1 live sessions and may not be used for illegal or fraudulent activities.
