SOLVEET REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICY
This Refund and Payment Policy governs the
purchase, payment, use, and refund of sessions on the Solveet Platform.
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT, as it
defines your rights, obligations, restrictions, and exclusions related to
payments and refunds.
This Policy applies to all services and functionalities available through the Solveet website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the “Solveet Platform”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Solveet Terms and Conditions.
1. SOLVER–USER TRANSACTIONS
Solveet provides a technology platform that facilitates contracts between Users and Solvers for the request, delivery, and payment of 1:1 live sessions.
Solveet acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreement between Users and Solvers. Solveet does not provide the sessions itself and is not responsible for any services, advice, or materials provided by Solvers.
All payments and financial transactions
between Users and Solvers must be processed exclusively through the Solveet
Platform using Solveet’s designated payment infrastructure.
Any attempt to request or make payments outside the Platform (circumvention)
constitutes a serious violation of Solveet policies and may result in immediate
suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (including Stripe). Solveet does not monitor or intervene in individual transactions beyond providing the technical infrastructure.
2. BILLING CURRENCY AND CURRENCY RISK
All wallet top-ups and payment transactions on
the Solveet Platform are processed exclusively in United States Dollars
(USD).
Prices displayed on the Platform are denominated in Solv Coins.
If the currency associated with your payment method differs from USD, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges. The amount shown on your bank statement may therefore differ from the amount displayed on the Platform.
Solveet is not responsible for currency conversion rates, bank fees, or fluctuations and expressly disclaims any liability related thereto. Users are encouraged to contact their bank or card issuer for further details.
3. SERVICE FEES, TAXES, AND VAT
Solveet charges service fees for the use of the Solveet Platform and related services.
All applicable service fees and charges (if any) are disclosed to Users and Solvers prior to completing a transaction.
Service fees may be subject to applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar taxes, depending on the User’s or Solver’s jurisdiction. The calculation and applicability of such taxes depend on local laws.
Local regulations may require Solveet to collect and/or report tax information, or to withhold taxes from payments to Solvers. If a Solver fails to provide sufficient documentation required by law, Solveet may withhold payments up to the legally required amount until appropriate documentation is provided.
Solvers authorize Solveet to issue invoices or similar documentation for VAT or other applicable fees on their behalf where required for tax reporting purposes.
Solvers remain solely responsible for:
